Responsibilities:
Collaborate with faculty, staff, and external partners in conceptualizing, organizing, sequencing, designing, and planning the development of instructional materials for online deliveryDevelop engaging, effective, and interactive instructional materials that promote student engagement and learning outcomes across a variety of online digital learning experiencesCoordinate the course development process, managing the various deliverables and processes to ensure projects are completed on time and at standards of qualityCollect and integrate user-experience data into the design of learning materials for a wide variety of student personasIdentify and assist with the adoption of innovative and effective learning pedagogies and instructional techniquesEvaluate new and existing courses and learning materials to provide feedback, guidance, and needed direction to ensure they meet standards for modern instructional practiceCollect, analyze, communication, and make recommendations from quantitative and qualitative data related to the performance of courses, learning materials, and student outcomesLead, mentor, collaborate with, and advise colleagues and peers surrounding pedagogy, and best practices in instructional designResearch, analyze, and synthesize current research surrounding new and innovative approaches to teaching and learning, particularly in the online/eLearning spaceProvide consultation and training to faculty surrounding best practices in teaching and learning, including face-to-face, online, and hybrid strategiesSuccessful Candidates Will:

Please upload a resume and cover letter to be considered for this position.Bachelor's degree with a focus in Instructional Design or Education or other disciplines with commensurate experience designing and developing online learning materialsProficiency using a variety of techniques to develop digital course materials, including multimedia, interactive learning objects, formative and summative assessments, and other digital learning activitiesDeep understanding of learning principles and pedagogy and how to apply them across different learning environments, including online, face-to-face, and hybridExperience working in Canvas LMS environment to develop and integrate online courses and materialsProficient in the use of Articulate 360 (minimum 3 years' experience)Experience configuring, exporting, and integrating SCORM packages and familiarity with LTI frameworksUnderstanding of and ability to apply usability and accessibility principles as specified by industry standards and regulations (i.e., ADA)Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)Attention to detail and organizational skillsEffective research, analytical, and problem-solving skillsAbility to compile, organize, and present technical information clearly and conciselyHigh level of proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPointPreferred

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
