We are a thriving real estate investment office looking for motivated and enthusiastic individuals to apply! This is an in-office position only! Flexible schedule available.
Compensation:
$28 - $30 Hourly
Responsibilities:
Utilize scripts for incoming and outgoing phone calls.
Make up to 40-50 follow-up phone calls daily to our lead database(No cold calls).
Send emails, texts, and handwritten notes to our lead database.
Scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars.
Entering and updating data in the CRM and Excel Spreadsheets.
Provide support to the Marketing Manager, Office Manager, and Real Estate Team.
Assist with special projects and tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
Flexible work schedule - 40 hours per week.
Display strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent time management skills, the ability to prioritize tasks, and attention to detail.
Experience working in a customer service atmosphere.
Experience using a CRM.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite & Google Calendar.
Proficient Typing Skills.
Experience operating a multi-line phone system.
Speaks fluent and clear English.
Must pass a CORI check.
