Must be able to work in an office.
Flexible schedule available.
ResponsibilitiesoTelephone sales representatives answer incoming calls.
oUtilize scripts for incoming and outgoing phone calls.
oMake up to 40-50 follow-up phone calls daily to our lead database(No cold calls).
oSend emails, texts, and handwritten notes to our lead database.
oScheduling appointments and maintaining calendars.
oEntering and updating data in the CRM and Excel Spreadsheets.
oProvide support to the Marketing Manager, Office Manager, and Real Estate Team.
oAssist with special projects and tasks as needed.
QualificationsoFlexible work schedule - 40 hours per week.
oDisplay strong verbal and written communication skills.
oExcellent time management skills, the ability to prioritize tasks, and attention to detail.
oExperience using a CRM.
oProficiency in MS Office Suite & Google Calendar.
oProficient Typing Skills.
oExperience operating a multi-line phone system.
oSpeaks fluent and clear English.
oMust pass a CORI check.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
