MDS Coordinator
Position
Summary:
The MDS Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day coordination and oversight of all aspects of the RAI and Care Planning process in accordance with Federal and State regulations.
Reports to:
Directly reports to the Director of Nursing of the facility where providing Nursing servicesSupervises:
If applicable, supervises administratively in the building assigned all staff of his/her respective discipline.
Supervision follows all accepted state and federal guidelines for the respective discipline.
Recommended Minimum Position QualificationsEducation:
Graduate of an approved LPN/RN program.
RN preferred.
Professional
Experience:
MDS Coordinator experience preferred.
Certification/Licensure:
Actively licensed as an LPN/RN in assigned state(s) of employment.
Recommended Skills Nursing Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
