The ideal applicant will possess a love of apartment living, as well as a strong desire to foster a sense of community among team members and tenants.
This position requires experience in all phases of apartment leasing, renewing, turnover, and management.
The Property Leasing Manager will also be responsible for the management and supervision of rental agents, open houses, and all other maintenance activities.
