We are seeking individuals who understand that happy customers turn into referrals.
This means going above and beyond providing On-Time Arrival, Price Assurance and 100% Customer Satisfaction! The primary focus of the Sales Associate is to convert prospects into clients, generate revenue and help to grow our customer database.
A successful candidate will make routine cold calls to company provided leads, document results and report to the appropriate Supervisor after each shift.
Additional duties may consist of attending company meetings, participating in workshops and sales campaigns, visiting business sites, securing vendor contracts and developing strategic partnerships with outside organizations.
Each Sales Associate will be expected to meet if not exceed their daily, weekly and monthly goals of booked appointments and closed transactions.
This position is mostly remote with occasional meetings in person.
Responsibilities:
Check in with Supervisor at the beginning and the end of each shift.
Complete the required minimum amount of phone calls, emails, site visits etc.

Perform light market research as needed, contact outside organizations and pitch our services.
Communicate with prospective and existing clients via company provided mobile phone, tablet and email.
Take notes per every shift.
Track and document your progress in a clear and concise manner for others to read and understand.
Follow up with any previously contacted leads whenever applicable.
Prioritize the handling of all warm leads and forward their information to the appropriate team member for appointment scheduling.
Keep all documents organized and filed properly.
Take proper care of all company provided hardware (phone, tablet, wires etc.
) and perform updates as needed, report any usage issues immediately.
Participate in meetings.
Share best practices and any other information that can contribute to the growth and improvement of Good Life Junk Removal.
Create customer profiles in our CRM and update as needed.
Qualifications:
Must have at least 2 years of experience in cold calling and be able to make up to 50
calls per shift.
Must be results driven and possess a no excuses attitude when it comes to meeting/exceeding goals.
Excellent time management skills.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently without much supervision.
Previous experience in telemarketing or real estate sales is a plus but not mandatory.
Compensation Hourly rate starts between $ 15 - $20/ hour
