Events Assistant
Quick Apply Part-time Contract 4 hours ago Full Job Description In search of a part-time event assistant to help plan, coordinate, and carry-out monthly events, Parents Night Out, quarterly belt graduations, birthday parties, and Misc.
Social Events:
Ex:
Pool parties, picnics, park days, BBQs, etc.
Taking pictures, short videos of events to post to social media.
5-10 (max) hrs.
/wk - Mostly Saturdays for in-person event assistance, and various other times for planning and coordinating.
Planning work can be done remotely.
Experience/
Qualifications:
Social media posting/engagement Extroverted and vivacious personality Enjoying working with and entertaining kids Patient customer service skills Follow the employer's guidelines on how to run the events At least 2
year prior event/party planning experience.
